As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring seamless execution of company standards and policies.

Drive sales and profitability by developing and executing effective marketing strategies and operational plans for both franchise and corporate restaurants.

Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant managers and their teams to achieve operational and financial targets, fostering a positive and engaging work environment that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction.

Collaborate with corporate leadership to align regional goals with overall company objectives and support franchise partners in achieving their business targets.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant or retail industry, with at least 3 years in a multi-unit regional role overseeing 20+ units.

Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, and achieving sales targets.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
