#### Overview

Dignity PLC is a leading provider of end-of-life services and funeral plans in the UK. We are currently undergoing an exciting period of change and transformation following our successful takeover and privatisation. We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Director of Business Strategy.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and deliver pricing strategies across all business verticals
* Collaborate with senior leadership to define business goals, market opportunities, and competitive positioning
* Conduct market analysis and trend forecasting to identify risks and opportunities
* Oversee the creation of strategic roadmaps and business plans
* Implement performance measurement frameworks (KPIs) to track strategic progress
* Align departmental performance targets with corporate strategy
* Provide performance updates to the executive team and board, highlighting key insights
