Job Title: Sales Director

At Isarta, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our field sales team in the BC region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, delivering volume objectives, and managing sales execution functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of sales strategy in the business unit within the region.
  • Contribute to the broader leadership and strategic development of the region.
  • Deliver/exceed annual plan and be the partner of choice for our customers.
  • Manage business unit T&E and Supplier A&P budgets.
  • Train, coach, lead, and motivate direct reports to deliver maximum impact in the market.
  • Maintain high levels of employee engagement and a culture that encompasses the Values of the Company.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years management experience.
  • 2 years' experience as a senior sales/business leader with a proven track record of delivering business results.
  • Relevant cross-functional business experience (finance, trade marketing, HR, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations, market trends, and competitive activity within the industry is a distinct asset.
  • Strong Sales Execution capability ideally with depth in Field Sales, Key Account Management, and Customer Management.
  • An authentic and inspiring leader with a track record of leading large teams and developing talent.
  • Working knowledge of P&L.
