Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Shanto Dental Ceramics. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our dental laboratory team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the dental laboratory team, including scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Advise senior management on administrative matters.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
