Job Title: Dental Laboratory Technician Assistant

Accura Dental Lab is seeking a skilled Dental Laboratory Technician Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist our dental laboratory technicians in the preparation and fabrication of dentures. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of dental laboratory procedures and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of dentures, including moulding wax over dentures and polishing and buffing.
  • Prepare wax bite-blocks and impression trays.
  • Support the dental laboratory technicians in the fabrication of dentures.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets the required quality control standards.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a commercial dental laboratory.
  • Permanent position, 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position in a commercial dental laboratory. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet deadlines.
