**Job Title:** Senior Technical Support Specialist

At Orbit Installations inc., we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced technical support specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their computer systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on computer hardware and software installation.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and repairing computer equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in technical support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with computer hardware and software.

**Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per annum (dependent on location)
