Director of Asset Administration

Armour Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our asset administration team. As Director of Asset Administration, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to a dynamic team of professionals. Your primary objective will be to maximize the value and performance of our real estate portfolio through comprehensive asset management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize portfolio performance
- Lead the development and maintenance of operating budgets for our current assets
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes impacting the portfolio
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants, investors, and service providers
- Oversee the Senior Manager of Property and Finance to ensure accurate budgeting and financial reporting
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- University degree or technical diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in a customer service-intensive environment
- Strong financial and analytical skills with attention to detail
