Business Development Specialist

Are you passionate about the financial services industry and looking to build a career in business development? We are seeking an experienced Account Sales and CRM Representative to join our team at Hybrid Financial Ltd.
**Job Summary:**
In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and building relationships with investment professionals across various sectors and industries. You will also be updating daily call activities and maintaining accurate records in our proprietary database.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Complete daily outbound phone calls to generate leads and build relationships from a defined target segment of Investment Professionals
- Update daily call activities and maintain accurate records in our proprietary database
- Collaborate with your team to develop innovative outreach strategies for clients
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed by senior team members
**Requirements:**
- University degree or college diploma in a relevant field (Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration)
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset
- Previous business development or sales experience is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience using CRM tools to manage interactions and data
- Strong understanding of the markets or strong curiosity to learn
- Solid understanding of financial concepts
- Solid organization and time management skills
**What We Offer:**
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and remote Fridays.
