Job Description

In a fast-paced sales environment, the Sales Advisor will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting and up-selling products and services, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer sales inquiries and offer customized solutions and options.
  • Promote and up-sell products and services with each customer contact.
  • Highlight the features and benefits of Cogeco's products and services.
  • Make all required efforts to retain customers who intend to cancel or downgrade their services.
  • Assist with other departmental requests as required and perform special projects as assigned.
  • Make outbound calls to solicit new sales, renew contracts, and up-sell to existing customers.
  • Maximize leads provided through various channels to achieve sales results and assigned targets.

Requirements

  • College diploma or equivalent education and experience required.
  • 3 years previous experience in a sales-focused call center environment - B2B preferred.
  • Proven customer service skills and superior first call resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Cogeco's process and internal procedures.
  • Performance at a high standard and consistently meets all KPI expectations.
