At Danone, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Development Specialist to join our team in the South Shore of Montreal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the region.

About the Role:

  • Deliver on-the-ground execution of strategic retail plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • BUILD strong relationships with customers and negotiate product distribution, space, visibility, and pricing.
  • Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  • Work closely with merchandisers and other stakeholders to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
  • Cover your territory effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • University degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a sales representative or relevant role.
  • Bilingualism in French and English required.
  • Excellent communication, customer focus, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage time and priorities.
