Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the South Shore region of Montreal. As a key member of our national execution team, you will be responsible for driving in-store sales growth by executing Danone's strategic retail plan (PICOS) at assigned territories.

You will work closely with customers to deliver exceptional service, build strong relationships, and drive business results. Your primary focus will be on expanding Danone's presence at all outlets, including distribution, space, displays, on-shelf availability, and point-of-purchase promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Danone PICOS execution plans to ensure compliance and identify sales opportunities with customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
  • Proactively manage product distribution, space, visibility, and merchandising tools placement.
  • Analyze point-of-sale data and market shares to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • Negotiate refrigerated units and merchandising tools placement.
  • Conduct business reviews with customers and influence inventory management.

Requirements:

  • University degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a sales representative or a relevant role.
  • Bilingualism in French and English required.
  • Interest in the consumer goods market.
  • Strong communication, customer focus, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Agility, positive attitude, and respect for the work ethic.
  • Working knowledge of sales techniques and ability to persuade with facts and figures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Resides in the assigned territory (South Shore of Montreal).
  • Possesses a valid driver's license.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the location, job requirements, and expected level of expertise.
