We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd. As a Senior Member Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our members.

Salary Information:

The annual salary range for this position starts at $44,818. Actual annual base salaries will vary depending on relevant job-related factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and education/training.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Senior Member Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our branch management team to develop and implement strategies to improve our member service standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional customer service and support to our members through various channels including phone, email, and in-person
  • To assist the branch management team in providing guidance and supervision to junior staff
  • To promote DUCA's services and products to our members
  • To maintain accurate records and reports related to customer interactions and transactions
  • To participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role in a financial services environment
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is considered an asset
