Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, budget management, and sales forecasting.
  2. Create and implement operational plans, prioritize tasks, and provide clear direction to managers and associates.
  3. Ensure optimal store conditions through effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, and store standards.
  4. Execute and monitor asset protection and safety controls, maintain quality assurance standards, and oversee safety and operational reviews.
  5. Serve customers as an ambassador for the store, resolving customer needs and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Support store initiatives to serve the community, participate in community events, and develop relationships with key community groups.
  7. Lead associates by conducting regular store meetings, communicating operational direction, and providing opportunities for professional growth.
  8. Demonstrate company values by holding associates accountable through timely and respectful performance feedback and corrective action.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 18 years of age
