Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at Warehouse One - The Jean Store. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in driving sales performance, delivering outstanding customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Model outstanding customer service and coach team members to do the same
- Take ownership of store sales performance and operations
- Drive the Warehouse One Perks customer loyalty program
- Manage store operations, including assigning and following up on tasks, performing store opening and closing duties, and scheduling for the store
- Ensure the store looks great for our customers by participating in store housekeeping and visual displays
- Competitive hourly rate of $18.00
- Bonus pay potential of up to $2,200 annually
- Casual dress code and flexible full-time hours of 32 to 40 hours per week
- Paid sick and personal days allotted annually

- Experience in retail leadership and customer service
- Sales driven and customer service focused, with an eye for fashion
- Energetic and able to respond to the ever-changing needs of our fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible in availability, able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including day, evening, and weekend shifts
