Join Our Team as an Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at Warehouse One - The Jean Store. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in driving sales performance, delivering outstanding customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model outstanding customer service and coach team members to do the same
  • Take ownership of store sales performance and operations
  • Drive the Warehouse One Perks customer loyalty program
  • Manage store operations, including assigning and following up on tasks, performing store opening and closing duties, and scheduling for the store
  • Ensure the store looks great for our customers by participating in store housekeeping and visual displays
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $18.00
  • Bonus pay potential of up to $2,200 annually
  • Casual dress code and flexible full-time hours of 32 to 40 hours per week
  • Paid sick and personal days allotted annually

Requirements:
  • Experience in retail leadership and customer service
  • Sales driven and customer service focused, with an eye for fashion
  • Energetic and able to respond to the ever-changing needs of our fast-paced retail environment
  • Flexible in availability, able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including day, evening, and weekend shifts
