Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Manager to join our team at Corner Store. As a Liquor Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including liquor products and promotions.
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
