Job Overview

This is a hybrid role, requiring collaboration in-person at least 3 days per week. As the US Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our employee insurance program across the United States. With 5-7+ years of experience in benefits, you will have a strong understanding of U.S. benefits regulations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage relationships with benefits vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and service agreements to optimize service and cost-efficiency
  2. Prepare and present reports on benefits program utilization, costs, and trends, analyzing data to drive decision-making and improvements
  3. Lead special projects related to benefits initiatives, including open enrollment and any net new program offerings
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education, ideally in HR, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $118,300 CAD annually. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
