Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Computerized Business Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires 3 days of work per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and identify sales opportunities
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience an asset, particularly in customer-facing roles
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • The ability to work on site, with no option for remote work
