About the Job
Manpower Services Canada Limit is seeking a highly organized and reliable Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, research, and prepare communications materials to support customer inquiries;
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person;
- Process refunds, credits, and issue receipts;
- Log complaints and resolve issues promptly;
- Operate a cash register and process payments;
- Develop events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes;
Requirements:
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required;
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a call centre or retail environment;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic;
- Able to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities;
- Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS PowerPoint;
