Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales direction for our varied product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth and Sales Performance Optimization
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize sales performance.
    • Utilize insights from sales data to identify opportunities for brand growth and optimize sales performance, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals.
  • Strategic Customer and Channel Engagement
    • Serve as the main point of contact for customer teams, aligning brand strategies with customer strategies to enhance service delivery and satisfaction.
    • Create and deliver insights-driven presentations for sales teams, ensuring that customer meetings and negotiations are supported by robust sales tools and resources.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Best Practices Implementation
    • Lead annual channel/customer planning and collaborate with Marketing to ensure successful in-store execution that is consistent with brand strategies.
    • Develop and maintain sales fundamentals tracking, and report on customer and channel sales strategies, streamlining internal processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Market Differentiation and Category Insights
    • Leverage category-specific challenges to drive growth and market differentiation, positioning the company as an external expert on the brand and category.
    • Help define category development principles and implement CPG industry best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization.
