Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing exceptional service to our clients, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional service standards and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop plans to achieve them.
  • Manage and control budgets for customer service operations, including staff costs, training, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for customer service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize business opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
