We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Sales Manager to lead our Clothing team at Sport Chek. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute daily sales plans to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve sales skills and customer service knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
