Pacific Ocean Transport Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Executive Support Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement effective office procedures and systems to ensure efficient operation of the team.
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in executive support or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
