Core Competencies:

  • Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and in good standing
  • Experienced in Home and Community Care is an asset
  • Current BCLS certification (Level C)
  • Demonstrated clinical assessment and patient/family teaching skills
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills
  • Charting on Procura is an asset

Requirements:

  • Clear & updated Vulnerable Sector Check (within last six months)
  • Valid Driver's License & reliable car in community homecare is required
  • Up to date TB test within last 2 years
  • Must have your own:
    • a) Stethoscope
    • b) Blood pressure cuff and Sphygmomanometer

Shift Requirement: 2-10pm or 3-10pm
