Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Contract Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Household Panel Members, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve telephone and email queries from our Household Panel Members
  • Assist panel members with any problems concerning scanner operations and update all panel information
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent English and French communication skills, both oral and written. You should also have demonstrated problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and good logic and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should be able to multitask, work in a team environment, and have strong customer focus and a pleasant telephone manner.
