Job Description:

TEKsystems is seeking a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
  • Resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on bilingual communication
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
