Handyman Maintenance Specialist

At Mr. Handyman, we're committed to delivering exceptional service and quality work. As a Handyman Maintenance Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing maintenance and repairs for residential and commercial projects
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and manage expectations
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Self-managing and working independently, with occasional collaboration with team members
- Documenting jobs and following our process, the Mr. Handyman Way
Requirements:
- 8+ years' experience as a paid handyman
- Own your own tools
- Be insurable for driving our vehicle
- Complete a background and driving record check
- Able to lift 20 kilograms independently
- Able to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of time
We offer a competitive pay range of $25 to $32, depending on experience, as well as a new van, fuel, business credit card, uniforms, paid holidays and vacations, and bonus and incentive opportunities.
