Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Handyman/Carpenter to perform a variety of tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and painting. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform carpentry tasks, including installation and repair of cabinets, doors, drywall, and painting
  • Complete miscellaneous plumbing tasks, including installation of faucets and bathroom fixtures
  • Install and repair lighting fixtures and bulbs
  • Assemble furniture
  • Complete work orders and administrative paperwork in a timely fashion
  • Report all injuries immediately and follow company safety protocols
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in carpentry and/or the trades
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to read maps and navigate the community
  • Agility and stamina to perform physical tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Initiative to work independently and travel to customer locations
