Handyman/Woman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team at White Eagle Homes Ltd. As a Handyman/Woman, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and other refuse
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Perform minor repairs on appliances and move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
- Work with minimal supervision and perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
As a Handyman/Woman, you will work in various locations, including residential and commercial properties. The work is physically demanding and requires repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience an asset
- Ability to work up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Flexibility, organized, and reliable
The work is permanent, and the language of work is English. The working hours are 40 hours per week.
