Handyman/Woman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist

Floor Decor Inc. is seeking a skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team as a Maintenance and Repair Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance and repairs.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair to maintain the appearance and functionality of our facilities.
- Conduct repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact licensed tradespersons for major repairs.
- Supervise other workers and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as minor repairs on appliances and contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
