AML Compliance Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AML Compliance Officer to join our team at Great Canadian Entertainment. This role will be responsible for ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of all FINTRAC reports and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, audit, and investigate FINTRAC reports and transactions to ensure data quality, completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Liaise with gaming site team members to ensure comprehensive and accurate reporting of data.
- Coordinate FINTRAC report submissions to BCLC.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with stakeholders, including team members and BCLC.
- Maintain integrity of gaming operations by ensuring compliance with standards, procedures, internal and regulatory controls.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education with a minimum of 2 years' experience or a suitable combination of education and relevant experience in AML, compliance, audit, business administration, data analysis, banking AML investigations, gaming, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of federal anti-money laundering law, reporting requirements and procedures, and best practices.
- Computer literacy in MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity or experience in the preparation, review, and submission of FINTRAC reportable transactions is an asset.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
