Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Brand and Digital Marketing to lead the development and execution of the HIV/AIDS strategic business plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the tactical execution and overall promotion/positioning for the HIV franchise, which includes both HIV Treatment and HIV Prevention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the HIV/AIDS strategic business plan
  • Support the tactical execution and overall promotion/positioning for the HIV franchise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage and lead a team of senior marketing professionals
  • Utilize multiple sources of information to uncover insights relevant to the development of franchise strategy and tactical plans
  • Contribute to the formation of franchise strategy for HIV/AIDS and the overall Brand Plan and Promotional Plan for Action (POA)
  • Lead the execution of the field sales POA, including development of sales tools, coordination with sales training, execution of sales meetings, and driving for results
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Advanced science degree such as MD, PharmD, PhD or advanced business degree such as MBA
  • Minimum 3 years in product marketing or advertising focused on consumers or patients
  • e-Marketing and digital media expertise
  • Strong executive presence and ability to command respect through exercise of sound business judgment and clear decision-making
  • Demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/priorities
