Director of HIV/AIDS Marketing Strategy

The Director, Brand and Digital Marketing will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the HIV/AIDS strategic business plan, supporting the tactical execution and overall promotion/positioning for the HIV franchise, which includes both HIV Treatment and HIV Prevention.
This position reports into the Senior Director, Marketing/Sales, HIV/AIDS.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a cross-functional therapeutic team and senior marketing professionals to drive business growth and market share.
- Develop and execute performance management, planning, prioritization, objective setting, recruitment, and selection strategies.
- Utilize market research, advisory boards, and competitive intelligence to inform franchise strategy and tactical plans.
- Contribute to the formation of franchise strategy for HIV/AIDS and the overall Brand Plan and Promotional Plan for Action (POA).
- Develop and execute tactical plans, messaging, and communication strategies, and other customer initiatives aligned to the field sales POA.
- Lead the execution of the field sales POA, including development of sales tools, coordination with sales training, execution of sales meetings, and driving for results.
- Exhibit strong executive presence, sound business judgment, and clear decision-making skills.
- Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities, with a focus on delivering results.
- Develop external relationships leading to brand advocacy and successfully execute direct-to-patient marketing initiatives.
- Have a strong understanding of digital media and e-marketing, with the ability to translate brand objectives into e-tactical plans.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with an advanced science degree or business degree being desirable.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing or advertising focused on consumers or patients, with an MBA degree or equivalent being preferred.
