The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a cross-functional therapeutic team and senior marketing professionals to drive the tactical execution and overall promotion/positioning for the HIV franchise. Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and executing the HIV/AIDS strategic business plan
* Leading the development of tactical plans, messaging, and communication strategy
* Executing the field sales plan, including development of sales tools and coordination with sales training
* Driving results and managing multiple projects/priorities
* Building external relationships leading to brand advocacy

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with an advanced science degree such as MD, PharmD, or PhD, or an advanced business degree such as an MBA.
