Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you'll play a critical role in preparing and serving our signature dishes to our guests. If you're passionate about food, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Prepare raw ingredients, follow strict recipes, and use proper portioning techniques to ensure consistency and quality in our dishes.
- Station Maintenance: Clean and sanitize your station, including floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces, to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service and meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
- Guest Obsession: Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
