We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at 2222914 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet customer demands, including meals with special dietary requirements.
- Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize ordering.
- Quality Control: Inspect food and kitchen areas to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
