Senior Business Development Executive for B2B Growth

This is a remote position where you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for Sizanid HR Inc by acquiring and nurturing long-term relationships with B2B clients.
As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing deals within a defined territory.
- Prospecting: Identify, research, and qualify potential B2B clients.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including needs assessment, proposal development, and negotiation.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Closing Deals: Effectively negotiate and close deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Customer Retention: Foster long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Proven track record of success in a B2B sales environment, preferably with experience in consulting, marketing, tech, or other related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
This is a 100% commission-only role with the potential to earn six figures based on individual performance.
