Job Summary

Robertson Human et is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting product and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Account Management: Develop and execute strategies to build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the dental industry, leveraging your knowledge of dental products and technologies to drive sales growth.
  • Product and Service Presentation: Confidently present and promote product and service offerings to both new and existing clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing exceptional customer service and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Market Research and Strategy: Stay informed about market trends and competitors to provide strategic insights that drive business growth.
  • Sales Targets and Reporting: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by tracking progress and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and a smooth delivery of solutions.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
  • Education and Training: A formal education in Business or Marketing is valued, but we encourage candidates with successful B2B sales experience and an entrepreneurial mentality to apply.
  • Work Experience and Accomplishments: 3+ years of proven experience in business development and account management in the dental or medical device industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proven ability to build strong relationships, excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
