Join Our Team as a Business Development Director

At Equinox Engineering Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to spearhead our growth initiatives in the energy sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand our presence in the energy sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry networks and research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty
  • Collaborate with technical experts to create compelling proposals and presentations
  • Actively seek and seize market opportunities, using a combination of research, networking, and direct outreach

Requirements:

  • 15 years or more of experience in business development, with a strong understanding of the EPC/EPCM, fabrication, and construction industries
  • Excellent sales acumen, with a solid understanding of client needs and market trends
  • Ability to navigate technical and commercial aspects of contracts, particularly in bid and negotiation scenarios
  • Academic credentials in a relevant technical or business discipline (an added advantage)
