Business Development Director

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead our growth efforts in Western Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business development initiatives and expanding our presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent AtkinsRéalis at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance visibility and build relationships with potential clients.
- Work closely with our Portfolio Directors/Managers to identify new business opportunities and market trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Set and achieve sales targets and performance metrics aligned with AtkinsRéalis' objectives.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects and clients.
- Monitor and report on business development activities.
- Proven track record of success in business development and growth leadership.
- Strong understanding of the Western Canadian market and its trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
