About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Anton Dharmaseelan Mortgage Agent. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including coordinating schedules, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Team Support: Provide support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting with special projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
