About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at HOMELIFE REAL ESTATE CENTRE INC. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Assist with project planning, coordination, and implementation, as needed.
  • Supervision: Supervise and support a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and direction as needed.
  • Technology: Utilize MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Database software, SharePoint, and other technology tools to perform administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 to 40 hours per week in a fast-paced real estate environment.
