  • Set work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures
  • Manage policies regarding information dissemination
  • Coordinate office services and anticipate office requirements
  • Draft reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Conduct data entry tasks
  • Supervise and regulate office administrative processes
