Job Overview
The Field Administrator role is a critical position within the Operations and Project Management team at Secure Energy. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- General Administration: Assist with meeting preparation, document filing and scanning, travel planning, and expense management.
- Customer Service: Deliver knowledgeable and courteous support at reception, ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Front Desk Reception: Greet visitors, direct them appropriately, and manage incoming calls.
- Accounts Management: Maintain accurate records of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, submit vendor invoices, and process tickets.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter daily volumes, inventories, and transfers into computerized systems.
- Filing and Mail Management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, scan documents, and maintain organized filing systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Grade 12/GED or equivalent.
- Certificate/Diploma: Administration or Accounting Certificate/Diploma is considered an asset.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of administrative or accounting experience.
- Skills: Excellent time management, organization skills, and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
