As a Marketing Communications Strategist at Acosta Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to maximize brand awareness and drive engagement with key stakeholder audiences.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in communication, marketing, digital/social media marketing, and/or integrated communication. A proven track record of planning, monitoring, and managing departmental budgets is essential, as well as strong written and oral communication skills.

The successful candidate will have superior knowledge of marketing concepts, tools, and techniques, including modern or emerging channels and marketing productivity tools. They will also possess the ability to develop productive and collaborative relationships with internal leaders, including executives, thought leaders, and opinion leaders, as well as media relationships and industry-specific publications.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives. You will also be responsible for creating and managing annual awards budgets, owning the industry awards submission process, and proactively managing the awards calendar.

A competitive salary of $61,500 per year is offered for this position, which is based on market research and takes into account the company's location and the level of experience required.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
