Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Lonsdale Quay Hotel Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Analysis and Management

Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability and growth.

Operational Efficiency

Evaluate and optimize daily operations to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.

Menu Planning and Pricing

Develop and implement menu planning and pricing strategies to meet business objectives.

Staff Management

Supervise and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Inventory Management

Oversee inventory management to minimize waste and ensure efficient use of resources.

Health and Safety

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service to build customer loyalty and drive repeat business.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
