We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Partner to join our team as a Strategic Health Partnerships Lead. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of healthcare in Ontario by developing and implementing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to improve clinical care and outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in policy development, partnership building, and program implementation. They will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to improve clinical care and outcomes;
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them;
  • Provide coaching and advisory services to senior leaders and managers to help them navigate complex issues and make informed decisions;
  • Lead large-scale initiatives to advance integrated care pathways and improve health system performance;
  • Analyze trends and issues to provide recommendations on how to continuously improve quality and value.

Requirements:

  • A master's degree in business administration, health administration, or a related field;
  • 5-7 years of experience in policy development, partnership building, and program implementation;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • A strong network of contacts within the healthcare sector;
  • Knowledge of the Ontario healthcare system and its current challenges and opportunities.
