Strategic Partnership Development Manager

You will play a pivotal role in building and strengthening Eclipsys' relationships with key partners, such as Oracle, across North America.
Leverage your exceptional relationship-building skills and deep understanding of Eclipsys' go-to-market strategies to identify opportunities, align strategic goals, and drive revenue growth, solidifying Eclipsys' position as the preferred partner.
- Collaborate closely with Eclipsys Account Executives to facilitate introductions between Eclipsys and partner sales teams for joint opportunities, fostering a seamless partnership.
- Work alongside Eclipsys marketing and sales teams to develop and attend partner events, webinars, and enablement sessions, ensuring alignment on partner developments and driving outbound campaigns to elevate Eclipsys' brand.
- Monitor and update 'Alliance and Partner Influenced' opportunities within Eclipsys CRM, overseeing deal registration processes and partner rebates/incentives.
- Ensure Eclipsys' technical and sales certifications remain current and explore new enablement opportunities within Oracle to support key GTMs.
- Stay informed about Oracle and other key partners' news, updates, and developments, sharing relevant insights with Eclipsys sales and marketing teams.
- Conduct continuous market and competition analysis to inform strategic decisions.
As a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in partner ecosystems, preferably in business development or sales roles, you possess a proven track record of success in B2B environments within commercial and public sectors. Your expertise in the Oracle ecosystem is essential for this position.
Your extensive knowledge of professional and managed IT services, including Oracle database and cloud solutions, as well as Google, AWS, Microsoft offerings, is highly valued. Additionally, you bring significant account management experience and excel at communication and presentation skills, confidently presenting strategy and solutions to C-suite executives.
