- Scheduling and Confirming Appointments: Coordinate meetings and appointments for our team members, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
- Telephone and Electronic Enquiries: Handle incoming calls and electronic enquiries, providing accurate and helpful information to our clients and stakeholders.
- Office Supplies and Inventory: Order office supplies and maintain an accurate inventory, ensuring our team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
- Greeting and Directing Visitors: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area, providing a welcoming and efficient experience.
- Correspondence and Document Preparation: Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
