Job Description for Administrative Assistant

The Toronto Division Copiers team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Executive Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organizational Skills: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, filing documents, and updating spreadsheets to ensure the organization's information is up-to-date.
  • Communication Skills: You will be the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and preparing meeting materials.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Work Setting:

We are a fast-paced and dynamic team, and you should be comfortable working in a team environment. You will be required to relocate to our office.

Computer and Technology Knowledge:
  • Software: MS Outlook and MS Office.
Personal Suitability:
  • Ability to Multitask: You will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing your work accordingly.
  • Flexibility: You will be required to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Reliability: You will be responsible for maintaining the organization's information and ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
